Great location! The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and historical sites, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, the reception staff was professional and well-organized, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. A major advantage was the close proximity to Taksim Square, where we found plenty of restaurants and shops to enjoy.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from Taksim square, making it very convenient to explore the city. The breakfast offered was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. the staff were helpful, particularly Mr Turgay at the reception. He was always ready to assist with directions, tour recommendations, and anything else we needed to make our stay in this city more enjoyable. His fluent English made communication effortless. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to Taksim square and the city center. The staff was very helpful and professional, always ready to assist with anything needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The breakfast offered a variety of freshly cooked options. The hotel also had a spa with excellent service. everything was great.
The walls of the rooms were quite thin, allowing for some noise disruption from neighboring rooms.

This hotel is a gem! The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the metro station and the shuttle bus to the airports. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, from the basic amenities provided in the clean and comfortable rooms to the delicious breakfast spread with a variety of options. One special touch was the provision of three beds in the room, which provided flexibility for our group.
No complaints, everything was just perfect.
